Accommodation

Purpose built to cater to the needs of Powder Recon clients, the Powder Recon Lodge is built in a French chalet style, with family rooms, single rooms, twin options and a healthy dose of communal living space, you're sure to find comfort at The Lodge during your week in Myoko.

Built with native Japanese timber, blending traditional and modern Japanese interiors, the Powder Recon Lodge has been proudly built using mostly local Japanese labor.

Myoko Kogen

Considered one of Japan’s premier ski areas, it is no secret that word is getting out about how good it is.
Myoko is home to more than half a dozen individual resort areas within a short drive from the village. In addition to these mountains, Powder Recon offers guests another four mountain destinations within an hour’s drive of the village. Considered one of Japan’s premier ski areas, it is no secret that word is getting out about how good it is. Après ski is generally quieter in this area with more of an emphasis on relaxation, rather than partying. Our guests can enjoy the many onsens in the village or partake in a few sakes with friends in one of the village’s izakayas (small bars where you can drink and order tapas-style food).
