Powder Recon Tour Packages
At Powder Recon Japan, we specialise in guided tours a little off the beaten track.
Through years of experience, we believe the ski resorts offered through our packages and tours deliver a unique riding experience with far fewer crowds, less westernized influences and more untracked powder. We offer our own accomodation in Myoko Akakura, 4wd transfers to resorts, premium rentals and customised packages for our Central and Northern tours.
Akakura Accomodation
Purpose built to cater to the needs of Powder Recon clients, the Powder Recon Lodge is built in a French chalet style, with family rooms, single rooms and twin single options and a healthy dose of communal living space you're sure to find comfort in your week in Myoko.
Built with native Japanese timber, and in a traditional Japanese manner, with a modern twist the Powder Recon Lodge has been proudly built using mostly local Japanese labor.
Kogen House is a self-contained apartment complex next door to the Powder Recon coffee shop & rentals. Situated in the heart of Akakura and a stones throw from the chair lift, Kogen House is beautifully finished in native Japanese timber.

Stocking premium powder skis from prominent powder ski manufacturer's Black Crows & Nordica, and a range of snowboards from local Japanese snowboard makers Green Lab and Prana Punks we have curated our range to optimise your experience in super-fine, deep powder.
