Simon

Simon has been skiing for over 10 years and first visited and skied Japan in 2005. He travelled to the Myoko and Bandai san ski areas with Powder Recon in 2009 and experienced the deep powder, and untapped riding opportunities offered by these unique Japanese skiing areas. Simon feels that Japan offers a very unique blend of culture, cuisine, powder snow, and tree skiing worth experiencing first hand.

Simon has spent a number of ski season's in Colorado and is currently working in Queenstown NZ as a ski area nurse awaiting the snow to fall in Japan. He is an experienced Emergency and Trauma critical care nurse when not travelling somewhere in search of deep powder.

Simon will be joining the Powder Recon team as a guide for the 2009/10 season.
